The amount of food provided by this calculator is a starting point. We recommend using your judgment and also checking every 3-4 weeks to ensure your dog is not gaining or losing weight. Adjust the food quantity based on your dog’s visual body condition and weight changes. If your dog maintains a healthy weight, no adjustments are needed. If weight increases, reduce the daily amount by 10%, and if weight decreases, you can increase the daily amount by 10%.
